We are not perfect and we can make mistakes, but we trust our clients with the truth. However, if/when a mistake occurs, we empower our employees to do 4 things:

  • Fix the mistake.
  • Apologize for making the mistake.
  • Explain how the mistake happened (without making excuses).
  • Describe how we have changed our process in an attempt to never make that mistake again!
